Beuser & Angus Special

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 52,5 ml Green Chartreuse
- 10 ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Granulated Sugar
- 22,5 ml Egg White
- 5 Dashes of Orange Flower Water

GARNISH:
- Edible Flower

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients except egg whites and orange flower water in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled and diluted.
• Remove the ice, add egg whites and dry reverse shake (without ice).
• Double strain into a cocktail glass over large block of fresh ice.
• Top with 5 dashes of orange flower water.
• Garnish with an edible flower.

Last Word and Ramos Gin Fizz are two cocktails, that need no introduction in a cocktail world. So, a drink inspired by both of these intrigued me right from the start.

Base of the cocktail is formed by the famous Green Chartreuse liqueur full of sweet, complex herbal notes, that are bold and unreplaceable. Maraschino liqueur further increases the complexity with tasty flavour of Marasca cherries as well as subtle undertone of nuttiness. Fresh lime juice livens the cocktail up helping to offset the sweetness of the liqueurs and granulated sugar. A few drops of orange flower water provide floral fragrant dimension elevating the cocktail, while egg white foam give it that lovely decadent texture, turning it into a truly unforgettable drink.

All in all, Beuser & Angus Special is a unique cocktail with a complex and rich flavour profile. It might be slightly too sweet for my taste, but it has ton of potential. Great cocktail if you are looking for something you never had before.
