Daiquiri is a beloved rum classic, synonymous with golden sunny beaches and warm weather. It has inspired countess variations and riffs, which just keep multiplying every year. Apricot Daiquiri is not a new riff, yet it is amazingly delicious and with complex fruity twist.

Base of the cocktail is lightly aged blended rum; a dry profile enriched by the notes of molasses, tropical fruit and subtle addition of honey. It is then paired with apricot brandy liqueur, which alongside stone fruit notes adds an aged oak dimension. Classic daiquiri ingredient – lime juice, brings a ton of refreshing tartness brightening up the drink, while a gentle addition of simple syrup keeps things in balance.

Apricot Daiquiri is a perfect drink, for those who want something new in their daiquiri, that still maintains the crispy freshness of the original. Fantastic summer cocktail.
