Whiskey Business
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Rye Whiskey
- 30 ml Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Rich Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
GARNISH:
- Cinnamon Stick
- Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice.
• Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a charred stick of cinnamon.

Whiskey Sour is a timeless classic, that defines the cocktail style and functions as a measuring stick to which many other cocktails aspire to. Whiskey Business has clearly been influenced by the traditional sour, at the same time exploring a distinctively spicy direction.
Base of the cocktail is essentially a rye whiskey with aged oak and pepper notes, which are paired masterfully with the heat and complexity of chile liqueur, forming a solid and flavourful foundation. A touch of lemon juice brightens the drink with refreshing tartness, while cinnamon syrup restores the balance by introducing warming wholesome spice notes, pairing very well with the cocktail base. Finally, a dash of bitters binds it all together into a single tasty drink.
