Manhattan is a beloved whiskey cocktail, with a rich history and countless riffs throughout the history. Long Look Back takes this delicious drink and reinvents it by blending it with ingredients from around the globe: Japan, The Caribbean and European Alps. It is a cocktail that is absolutely worth a try.

Base of the cocktail, similar to a tiki fashion, is split between two types of whisky: rye and Japanese. Rye whiskey brings sharp peppery notes mellowed down by aging in oak, while Japanese whiskey brings subtle dried fruit and floral elements. Amaro Braulio increases the complexity with loads of herbal flavours supplemented by bitterness and sweetness. A touch of demerara syrup, delicately introduces tropical tones of deep molasses with Angostura bitters further building on it with Caribbean spice and fruit.

Long Look Back is a deliciously complex and sophisticated take on the Manhattan. Sure, to please even the pickiest cocktail enthusiast.
