Goose Me

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Apricot Liqueur
- 7,5 ml Allspice Dram
- 60 ml Sparkling Wine (Chilled)

GARNISH:
- Dehydrated Pineapple Piece
- Pineapple Spears
- Dehydrated Clover Bud

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients except sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice.
• Top with chilled sparkling wine.
• Garnish with a piece of dehydrated pineapple, pineapple spears and a dried clover bud.

Fruity cocktails are inseparable from the summer. Few other drinks are as refreshing as a fruit laden boozy libation. Goose Me is a vodka cocktail, that ticks all the boxes for a tasty summer drink.

Base of the cocktail is vodka, a clear and simple spirit providing a crisp, refreshing alcohol kick. Addition of apricot brandy liqueur takes the cocktail into a fruity direction with sweet complexity of stone fruit and oaky brandy base. Allspice Dram further explores this direction by introducing tropical spice notes of cloves, cinnamon and, of course, allspice. Pineapple juice provides a bit of dilution as well as a balanced sweet-tart fruitiness. Top it all off with some dry sparkling wine lengthening the cocktail while at the same time introducing some acidic effervescence.

Goose Me is a fantastic summer cocktail full of delicious flavours and surprising complexity. Great for summer parties and gatherings, sure to be a hit at your next cocktail party.
