Eastside and Gin Basil Smash are cocktails that need no introduction to cocktail lovers. Cucumber Basil Gimlet draws inspiration from these classics and combines them into one-of-a-kind drink full of complex flavour.

As the name implies, base of the cocktail is London dry gin with those juniper notes we all know and love. Freshly muddled cucumber brings a touch of refreshing coolness, while basil provides a distinct herbal fragrance blending into a cohesive whole, supporting the base spirit. A combination of lemon and lime juices, gives a fresh, tart kick with a touch of lemon fragrance. Last, but not least, addition of simple syrup balances the cocktail out, by offsetting the tartness and bringing out the individual notes to the forefront.

Cucumber Basil Gimlet is a delightfully delicious and refreshing cocktail full of spring and summer spirit. Great cocktail to entertain guests with at your next garden party.
