COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 22,5 ml Rhum Agricole
- 22,5 ml Aperol
- 22,5 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 22,5 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Dash of Tiki Bitters
GARNISH:
- Cocktail Flower
- Orange Twist
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with an orange twist and a cocktail flower.

I used grassy, floral and fruity rhum Agricole blanc that blends seamlessly with the floral dimension of elderflower liqueur as well bitter-sweet profile of orange laden Aperol. A healthy dose of lime juice freshens the cocktail up with a lively tart citrus kick, while the Tiki bitters season the cocktail and binds it all together.
All in all, Player Piano is a bright and invigorating drink greatly suited for seasoned cocktail enthusiast and novices alike.
