COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 45 ml Pisco
- 22,5 ml Creme de Cassis
- 60 ml Fresh Watermelon Juice
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
GARNISH:
- Lime Wheel
- Edible Flower
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and shake until chilled.
• Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lime wheel and an edible flower.

Base of the cocktail is Pisco with a combination of floral and dry fruity notes like grapes, peach and citrus. It is then paired with an intense flavour of black currant liqueur, expanding the fruity gamma even further. A heavy addition of fresh watermelon juice introduces a deliciously refreshing aspect to this cocktail while at the same time providing a medium blending all individual falvours and ingredients together. Last but not least, an addition of lime juice gives the drink a bright tart kick helping to balance out the sweetness, for the most pleasurable experience.
